You could always buy one from a computer screen or lcd and cut to fit the d3. I'm sure it will work just as well.

Hey guys I know there's been problems of the newer iPods charging that i've read on here and don't know if this has been posted but I decided to try out one of the ebay cables with the "charging"function" and it WORKS!
