wrap your unit trim piece in some maching aluminum and it would look hot. I did that with my z1 in my audi and it's a great piece which makes the whole interior come together as one.

Ok, so I have no idea what is hapening, but i'll post it here and see if you guys can help. I got a z1 - with the hack from avic411 along with bluetooth, ipod and xm traffic - about a year ago. I just got a great deal on a z2 and so was upgrading. I basicaly just did a straight swap of the boxes. It works perfectly fine but I can't do an address search - which basically renders this useless. Any idea of what could be wrong?

Hey guys - looking for info on the color of the passenger seat power seat power wire to tap an ipod interace to. BMW is a 1999 330xi

Looking for a color coded wire for a 02 a4 for the IGNITION CONTROLED wire in the sunroof module. I'm hardwiring a V1 and want it to be able to turn off and on with ignition. I know I can wire it to the sunroof wires, but then it's always on and I have to physically turn it off. I don't have access to a voltmeter though. Any help?

Basically, I have a custom faceplace so it's pretty flush with the unit. I got all my dash trim rewrapped in balck CF so I am going to get my faceplate wrapped in the same for continuity. For the ipod adapter is routed to come out ounder the brake handle for an OEM look. Thanks for the help guys!

Got the z1 installed fine, though it's damn bright at night!! I double checked the settings (day look/automatic) and time (EST) and everything was correct. I figure this has somethign to do with the ILL wire, since It is disconnected when I couldn't find which color wire it was (it was also why I coudl not install the bypass I bought) Any idea of what the ILL wire from the car looks like on a 2002 A4 Turbo? Also, stupid question, but I decided I would ask it here as well before I research the forums, with the bypass, do I just cut and ground the parkng brake wire? (I had an N2 and
