Are you guys running this off of windows xp? If so, all you have to do is right click on the .exe (of the program your trying to run) select properties, then you should see a "compatibility" tab. Click this> place a check in "run this program in compatibility mode for:" select windows 98, apply then ok. Now try to re-run the executible. Usually this works, but not always.
