I don't know of all the control differeces but the CD-R55 is labled for the AVH-P4900DVD and AVIC-D3, http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/pna/v ... 26,00.html the CD-R5 is labled for the AVH-P5700DVD and AVIC-N3 http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/pna/v ... 26,00.html I would think they would both work on the D3 but for $20.00 I just ordered the the cd-r55

I asked Crutchfield also and they said they didn't have the CD-R55 all he saw was the CD-R5, so I ordered it from pioneer and received it yesterday. Found out today CF just shipped my D3 so hopefully it should be here next week.

I think it looks like a dremel squirrel.
