I notice mine does this when I get a text I think if you turn notification center off for text messages it might fix the problem....

I was thinking the same thing it doesn't say anywhere on the rebate form how much you have to pay for the radio it just says from an authorized dealer as long as its not bestbuy.

Hey I just got a Pioneer SPH-DA02 from crutchfiled super cheap woot! but today when I was driving home I got an error CIS.exe has performed an illegal operation The prompt will come up after reboot if I go into general settings and or into the AM/FM Radio application. I contacted crutchfiled and they did not have an answer but they are replacing the HU. I performed the firmware update before I installed the HU on Saturday and everything seemed to work until today. Has anyone ever had this issue before or seen this issue? Should I jump ship on the appradio SPH-DA02 and get the DA10

Just contacted ABT about a price match they will match it at 279.99 however Pioneer will decline the rebate according to the rep I talked to from ABT. He said that he could sell at 305 and guarantee the $120 rebate. Also if you live in the Midwest ABT charges sales tax

Waze is the way to go with the appradio if you want to control the gps from the touchscreen and have turn by turn for free. Jailbreak your iphone and install AppRadioExtensions_2.1.0_Beta8.deb and you will be able to set google maps from your phone and it will display on the appradio.

You might be better off just buying a new unit or one with a busted screen from eBay or Craig's list and swapping what ever is easier logic boards or touch screen.
