ok, so i followed the instructions fo r2.45. now, my radio boots to winCE , not sure if this is desired? and it reboots about every 15 secs. How do I get to the main screens again?

I would like to have some plain instructions on how to get from standard 2.45 to AppRadio+ v2.22 some threads say there's instructions on how to downgrade, but I cannot find them. And I need to find the standard 2.22 firmware as well. thanks in advance for your help!!
