Mark_UK replied to Mark_UK's topic in AppRadio, AppRadio 2, AppRadio 3
however repeatedly hitting the reset button does work -
during camera install I selected by accident "Normal GRD" instead of "Normal", now its continuously displaying the camera with no obvious way to get back to the menu's so is there a HARD factory restart? I've tried: resetting via the tiny button on front Disconnected battery and left for 20+mins Tried putting on the same firmware (V2.63) again none of the above has worked..

does anyone know where i can get a new one from, it seems Pioneer doesn't sell to the general public..you have to go via an authorised distributer. I've tried four here in the UK, every single on was coming back with prices in the region of £130 ($205) plus packaging...assuming they can get hold of them in the first place I find it absolutely ridiculous a cable should cost that much, i have done a broad search and in the US it seems the same cable can be had for about $50 BUT pioneeer UK inform me that there is a slight chance that cable wont work with the UK iPhone because of a d

i attempted to put in a custom background in an earlier firmware update as a result I've lost the ability to change backgrounds too, however from the phone app it will change back ground in all except the main screen (with clock) which remains black -
anyone know how to restore the original backgrounds on the Appradio 1 for the main screen (where the clock is) when i first bought it i tried to put in a custom background..it didn't work and its just a totally black background, even the halo effect for the clock had disappeared. i did do the recent firmware update (V2.5 i think) a week or so ago and its made no difference at all any help is appreciated

hi I'm new here so I apologise if this has been covered before, I attempted a search which didn't turn up what i needed to know. Whenever I connect my phone, it instantly goes to the Apps screen meaning i have to click home button go to back to main screen to select iPod this is only a recent thing but i cannot work out why its doing it. I also tried to change the background with an image i created (unsuccessfully it would seem) and replaced one of the "standard" pics in the 2.45 Firmware update folder. as a result, i cannot change the background at all..although oddly if i go via
