In our Mercury Mariner, we have had a AVICD3 for about 5 years, about a year ago I got my wife an iPod Suffle, worked, no problems....
Just recently, the first time she has actually unhooked the iPod in nearly 5-6 months to add new songs, when plugging it back in, it says "Ready" but it never does anything now. I've tried other iPods, newer ones and it says "Device cannot be charged", or something along those lines, even my older 3g and newer 4S does the same....
