  1. I've seen tons of posts on here about this "Please Insert Appropriate Disc" problem. However, no seems to have found resolution to it except for one person and he suggests burning copies of the nav discs. Another possibility discussed was the system is upgraded but it's reading older disc versions but my d3 is a new model, there shouldn't be older discs. Lastly, it's a laser pickup issue. I just sent my Avic-d3 to Pioneer with problem above and they said they couldn't find a problem. I'm scared to get this POS back. This is the worst experience I've ever had. Does anybody kno
  2. Thanks for the input, I appreciate it but I have tried resetting it over and over again to no avail. Magnolia or Pioneer won't give me a new one, all they'll do is service it which I think is BS cause I bought a lemon.
  3. Hi, I'm new on here. I just installed my AVIC-D3 but I keep getting this error message "Please Insert Appropriate Disc". When I insert the navigation disc, I keep getting this message over and over again, like it's in a infinite loop. I have to wait 24 hours for the memory to be wiped out in order for it to boot up properly again but as soon as I start the engine, this message comes up again, then I have to wait another 24 hours. Note: I haven't taken it out of the garage yet so it'll find a GPS signal, could this be it. Please HELP! Thanks so much for all your time. Has anybody e
