Thanks for everyones help on this, I finally got it. I just re-added the dat file than popped the sd card in to the stereo and booya lol I don't really see anything special with the 2012 maps. I was thinking I would have 3D street view.

Actually I have the AVIC-Z110BT. Not sure why I thought I have the Z120BT. Does this apply to the Z110BT? Sorry for the confusion.

Nice thread but I am lost. I have the Z120BT and downloaded the torrent, copied dat and other file mentioned on a 8GB SD Card, turn on the car and inserted the sd card but nothing popped up prompting me for an update, didnt even see the card. I formated the card to fat32. Do I need to be in test mode? I am sure this has been mentioned but I see instructions for the other models.

Hey all, I have a AVIC-Z120BT and I keep getting a File Resoltion Error when I try to play movies on the SD Card. I formated the SD Card to Fat32 and my movies are the same file type as I use on my iphone 5 which are mp4. I tried AVI and a couple other file types but I contine to get the same error message. Any ideas? Thanks..
