  1. I have a serious problem, I've looked all over Avic411 and ALL OVER Google, and can't find anyone with the same problem as me! Please respond if you might have any input on this... I have the Avic-D3 and an Unlocked/Jailbroken iPhone 3G with firmware 2.2(latest). I am using the Pioneer CDI-200 iPod cable, and the Scosche passPORT adapter(for charging issue) to connect. With and without the passPORT, I receive NO DATA(no ipod functionality)! I just get the "ERROR-11" on the iPod screen on the D3. To test to see if the problem was the cable, I plugged in my standard iPod. Perfect func

  3. PaisanNYC, thats an awesome hack you figured out! Will this work for my D3's GEXP10XMT? If so, I would love to have your update!
  4. Is it possible to take my sim out of my "incapable" sidekick 3 and put it in a phonebook transfer capable phone for the D3, IMPORT phonebook/numbers onto the D3's HD, then switch the sim back to my Sidekick 3 and assign that phonebook/numbers that are now on the D3 to my Sidekick??? p.s. that was one complete sentence. haha.
  5. how long have you been driving with the vss wire connected? Most of the time it takes a while to get it fully callibrated. DRIVE, DRIVE, DRIVE! hope tht helps!
  6. from the looks of it already, the knobs that cast off of the left and right sides are going to be a problem. Also the size of the din in your car looks short but wide. So it looks like you might have to get an entirely new dash pannel to install it, or if you are comfortable cutting it, you might be able to cut it to the 2DIN size yourself(not reccommended). Good luck!
  7. looks good! ot: did i make that background? hahaha!
