How do you reset the head unit on the AVIC D3? Also on your front menu on the D3, does the traffic icon show as an option? On mine its greyed out and its been like that since I bought it.

I'm having the same problem with my AVIC D3. I also called XM (and stayed on hold for 20 minutes). They sent a refresh but my traffic is still not on. Does anyone have anymore ideas?

I want to get a back up cam for my new AVIC D3. Do you guys have any ideas on a good model. I see a few on ebay for about $180 bucks. But I dont think I want to go that high. School me, Im new at this back up cam thing. Thx

Hey Guys, I just upgraded to a xm traffic on my AVIC N1. I orignally had a GEX9200 and now I have a GEXP10XT (Im not sure if those are the real code names). My first problem was that I didnt get a connection. After calling Pioneer they told me to connect the Data cable. That fixed my connection problem but my problem of grey out button hasnt been solved. My stock and browse buttom works also my other button that dont have anythign to do with traffic work fine. Is this a problem with XM??? Or my connection???

I had the same problem. I called Pioneer and they said to make sure I have a wire connected from the data output to the head unit. Check and make sure you have that connected.

Hey guys, I have a AVIC N1 and I want to get rid of my cd changer for an Ipod. But I dont know where to start. I went to Pioneer web site and they have this product for the Ipod (CD-IB100II). But it doesnt show that it works with the AVIC N1. What can I do??? Can the Ipod work with my system???

So on my 5 speed how does it no that im not moving if I cant put it in park

Yeah I will get the real copies from ebay. Thanks for the info. That sucks that I cant watch movies any more while driving. Is that still true with a 5 speed??? Because as you kno we dont have a park gear.

Hey guys, I'm about to buy a XM Traffic modulator for my AVIC N1. But on the product it said that I will need to upgrade to a CNDV50MTP Nav disc. These disc are going for 250 dollars!!! Is that right??? I saw a CNDV50MT on ebay for 50 bucks. The only difference is that it doesnt have the P at the end of the model number. Are these the same disc?? Or do I have to buy a 250 dollar disc?? Please give me some heads up on this. Thanks

I other question. I have the AVIC N1 wich has a wide away box. Do I need to send the hide away box and the head unit?

How much did they charge?

Im sending my AVIC N1 in to pioneer for repairs. Does any one know how long this process is? And how much they charge for repairs?
