what is the IP BUS cable for then? That is what I had on my D3. My dad bought the F70 and he got an ipod cable that plugs in there? Thanks for all the help

I know this question has probablly been covered a million times but i'm looking for a quick answer. About to install the head unit and i see it came with an ipod cable that hooks up a USB behind the unit and has RCA cables attatched as well? Is this my Ipod cable or do I have to buy another? What is this one for if it is not my ipod cable. Thanks

My music works fine but, when i try to play videos it say control from ipod. Can i get the video from my ipod to play on the headunit screen??? thanks guys

Hey guys. Was wondering which Ipod I should buy so that I can download tv shows, music videos, etc. and put them on my ipod. I want to play these then from the ipod to my D3. Is there a certain ipod I need? Anything besides TV OUT on the ipod to be changed? Is there a way to control videos from the D3 or only from the ipod? Thanks!!

Thanks for the reply! With the CDI200, can I play movies, music videos, etc? Change anything on the ipod then? Does this cable just plug into the back of the unit? This will charge the ipod? Where can I get that cable for the N3? just plug that cable in and all is well? Will it still play movies, music video's, etc? LAST QUESTION: DO I HAVE THE RIGHT IPOD LOL?

Hey guys. I have N3 in one car and D3 in another. I guess I will have to buy 2 of whatever to make this work. I want to make my 60 gig white Ipod video play music, DVD's, music video's etc on the screen. Is there a how to instead everyone just saying to use the "search". I tried to "search" but just found more topics saying to try the "search" option. Anything special to do to the ipod or head units? Any tutorials on how to download DVD's onto ipod? Thanks!!

Hey guys. Installed my N3 and everything seems to work pretty nice but i seem to have a loud pop when i shut on and off the N3. I heard this was the sound of the amps turning on? I have a 2001 Audi TT with bose stereo and an N3. Every bose piece is stock as well as amps. I heard there is a bypass for this? Thanks Ryan

Hey guys. I have my AVIC N3 set to auto-flap and couldnt find this answer in the manual. It seems that when it opens it hits my vents which is fine because it is all the way up but i would like it to stop earlier so that it doesnt wear out the gears inside. Is there a way I can make it stop earlier instead of having it to try and keep opening once its stopped? Thanks

Looks like i have the side brackets for the hideaway piece. is there some more for the holder itself? Just need the holder and GPS antenna i guess.
