No matter what browser I try to download this file with (Google, IE or Firefox), it always gets to the end of the file and fails. I cannot retry it. They all try to download in crdownload, .partial or .part. Even if I change the end of the file name to just a .zip, it says the file is corrupt. Using WinRAR, I can see inside the file, but cannot do anything with it. Any suggestions?
