You need to try to follow these steps we've laid out here. It took me about 3 days to finally fix mine. But I was able to pull it off. -
F900BT reboots over and over - Very weird - HELP!!

I tried this method myself today and had no luck. I was at my wits end trying about 9 different procedures that I've found on this forum to fix my constant rebooting issue. I finally decided to take smovva's method one step further and just delete ABSOLUTELY everything in that "\My flashdisk\user\userdata\iGo\save" folder. And TA-DA! It freakin' worked! -
F90BT Rebooting over and over without ever loading

I'll hold your hand to the shipping store or the dump. Take your pick. There is no fix for this. You've got a brick on your hands. -
I got the same symptom last night. And I HAVENT done the 3.0 upgrade. I get the splash screen and then nothing. It shuts down but yet the fans are still going. This is the second one of these units that I've had. What a piece of s**t!

f90bt keeps saying "please wait" then reboots
amlax replied to tacoavic's topic in Problems/Troubleshooting
I had nothing connected to mine. It was internal and had to go back to where I bought it. I got set up with a new unit on exchange. Fortunately for me, this happened in under 30 days so I was able to get an over the counter exchange. -

Just tried the update. The update process appeared to work as it should but following the install it just went back to rebooting itself time and time again. Any ideas folks? -

I haven't modded my unit at all except for doing the wire bypass of the unit. My radio just started doing this today... I haven't done any firmware updates. Any ideas? There's no interruption of sound when listening to my XM but it reboots over and over again. -
<SOLVED> GEX-P10XMT & AVIC Z-2 - New install havin
amlax replied to amlax's topic in XM/Sirius/HD Radio and Traffic Receivers
Well after the parts were on backorder for ages, I finally have this installed. They had to replace the guts of the unit and assign a new Radio ID. Once I plugged it in and had it activated it came right back to life. -

Well, I guess this one just baffled all of you as I didnt get any response. I sent the unit to Pioneer who claims they have about a 10 day turnaround. Both XM and Pioneer couldnt figure out any ideas and neither had heard of the symptom before. I find it hard to believe I'm the first that this had happened too. Hmmm. -

That's the idea now. Both Pioneer and XM have suggested that. They think its bad. Or they're just at the end of their suggestion pool. -
Hey guys... hope you can help or at least provide ideas. Just got my new Z2 and Navtraffic unit installed. The updating has completed. I can see the word 'traffic' in the upper righthand corner. I can see all the artists names and song titles on every channel on the XM radio. However, I can only hear audio consistantly through the Preview Channel (001). When I turn on the Z2 I get audio on the other channels only for a few minutes and then nothing. Just the artist and song information. Yet, I can surf back to 001 and that channel works fine. XM 150 (the comedy channel) has this pul
