  1. I recently updated my F900BT to 3.0 and after upgrading, i started noticing that the SD card was slow. Before 3.0 the SD card was fast, when playing mp3's from the SD card the device would respond instantly to next track or switching between songs. I'm using a 16GB SD card but i dont think that is the issue because it worked before. Any ideas on why the SD card now freezes and i can never play more than 1 song without rebooting?
  2. I just completed all the steps mentioned and my F900BT still reboots. The radio will boot up, goes my my boot up screen and freezes with "System Startup in progress, please wait". That message stays on for about 2 minutes and the system reboots again. The radio function is the only thing that works, it wont read the SD card or dvd/cd.
  3. My F900BT just started doing this (nothing recently changed) My unit will randomly reset the radio presets. I haven't found a common time when it does it. (i.e. I started my car this morning and it worked, parked and turned it back on, touched the screen and all the presets went back to factory defaults) Side questions: Like with most people here, my antenna reception sucks. Is there any tricks to make it better? Thanks.
  4. i was having the same issue with my 2007 chevy tahoe. The light will not stay on if the green cable is not connected correctly. Make sure you have that cable plugged in the correct plug/connection.
  5. I have a Chevy Tahoe 2007 LS. I just finished installing a Pioneer Avic F900BT Navigation system. I used a GM onstar adapter with the system. After installing it, my antenna reception is poor. There is a blue wire from the deck labeled Antenna but I dont know where to connect that to. Any help is appreciated.
  6. Can someone tell me what I need to install a 900BT unit inside a Chevy Tahoe 2007? Since the deck is double din, do I still need a double din dash kit?
  7. I recently purchased a 900bt unit online for my Chevy Tahoe 2007 LT. I wasn't sure if this would fit my car, I have a double din opening and the 900bt is double din, right? I plan to do the installation myself, What other parts will I need to complete installation? - Metra's GMOS-LAN-01 GM (to integrate with my oem onstar) - PAC SWI-PS (to retain steering wheel radio function) - Double Din installation kit / OEM installation kit?
  8. Theres no difference between the two. If its a recently manufactured model, just do the 2-wire. If it has an old software version, you just toss in the cd to update the software to accept the 2-wire bypass.
  9. Is it possible to have the navigation work without the disc? Is there some hack that can be done to accomplish this?
