Has anyone tried the Palm Treo 700wx with the new firmware update from Sprint. It is supposed to provide greater compatibility with bluetooth car systems for voice and stereo support. If it works I plan on getting it installed, if not I guess I will have to wait.

I apologize if this has already been answered however I couldn’t find this question. I currently have a 2007 Mustang with a factory Shaker 500 system and want to replace the unit with a Avic-D3 with XM NavTraffic. Both Best Buy and Ultimate Electronics tell me that the wiring and speakers in the system will need to be replaced because they are specific to the Shaker system. Does anyone know if this is true?
