  1. Derek, sounds like you have had changes to the set up on the Z navi. If, as an example, you had vss hooked up for a while, then it is disconnected, you will get the errors you are reporting. You can go into the menu and reset how it learns. What is happening is, if it was receiving data from a speed sensor wire, it will always look for that, and average it with other info, IE satelite etc. The only way to correct this, is to reset it up as a new install, so it no longer looks for that lead. Don't have my book here to tell you what menu, but as soon as I find it, I will post it.
  2. What are the discs numbers and colors that you are currently using?
  3. I don't believe there is any time limit on the screen cable repair. I heard that it's under warranty, no matter when you purchased the unit.

  7. Pascal, I also need a copy of the synch manager. Is this a file that you can email to me?
  8. Call Tom Boggs at American Radio in GA, he has the discs. 770-752-5200. He is very familiar with your unit.

  10. Don't think this is possible, because, first, the S1 uses Navteg software, while the S2 uses TeleAtlas. Also, the hardware looks the same, but, the S2 is different, has an MP3 player, and a headphone jack that the S1 does not have. Hope this helps.
