Sinds 2 weeks i have a pioneer avic f700BT. it has sottware version version 2.009000 and the map version is 1.008000 from 2008 (europe) Now was i looking last three days on this forum, bud i cann't find a frimware update or good map update. if it is possibel i want to updte to 4.0 en with newest map update. I have make an back up of my flashdrive folder with wince testmode. but how to get to the next step? i hope sombody can help me a bid.

Hey guys. Hopefully somebody can help me. My f7010 crashed a few weeks ago, so I got the latest update from pioneer in the hopes to fix it. During the update the power was interrupted. So all it does now is load to the splash, I have to push the menu button to get anywhere, and after that its very limited. It does go into testmode. I have everything I need, but the backup. My backups didn't take for some reason. If anyone can help I would be forever in your dept. I've looked this site over, and it seems all the links for this software are dead. I also need the wince for this device as well. Pl

Hello All, If all possible, I need help with the firmware update on my pioneer AVIC-Z130BT. 1. Operating System OS X 10.94 2. I downloaded the latest firmware form pioneer site. 3. Unzipped the file and placed the folder on to my SanDisk ExtremePro. 4. With the SD inserted into the AVIC it recognizes the SD card, but it will not update the firmware. I have ordered the firmware from pioneer, but it will take up to three weeks to get it. If you have a solution to this issue, much appreciated. Thanks, Sabot

Hey guys, Would appreciate a response so greatly right now! Just installed an F910BT and my greed got the better of me - I scoured this awesome site and found an update which I irresponsibly tried to install into my system without realisation that it would not work on my Australian model system. I think I have lost the software (System boots and just turns black) and was wondering if there was any way I could fix this? Kinda freaking out. Thanks again

I am just curious. I had an AVIC 5000NEX which I could never get mirroring to work even with $150.00 in cables (VGA+Lightning adapter). Almost sure that it was software related. Now I have the 7000NEX with HDMI and mirroring works perfect. I am a little bit afraid that when Pioneer rolls out the Car Play firmware update they might screw the mirroring up because I spoke to a Pioneer representative and they indicated that they don't officially support mirroring, just their "wonderful and intuitive" AppRadio mode. -

Hi, everyone and happy new year!!!! I have a problem, I tried to update my F900BT from version 01.000600 and map 2.009000. I've a Kingston 4 gb SD to trying an update with oficial update, but unit cannot start. I tried firtst with this file AVIC_F700BT_F900BT_VER_2009000.zip, error. After tried with this AVIC_F700BT_F900BT_CNSD100FM_VER_3021000.zip the same result Tried the hybrid 4.0001 firmware, copy all the content to my flash disk, reboot and aonly appear the piooner image. I have a Avic-f940bt and tried the new update with map updates.. But i've done it several times and it still shows in the service info that the application version is 4.6 find it really wierd because the system says its completed everytime i try to update.. Anyone know a way to update it coorectly? Ive done it all those times with pioneer's own intructions...so i dont get why it doesn't change.. -

I'm the original owner of an F900BT. By reading some of these threads, I'm thinking I'm not running the latest firmware. Current: Map Version: 2.000400 Version: 3.020100 There are mentions of running the firmware from later model series, as well. Is this possible? Any issues or advantages? Based on other comments, it sounds like some of the update links are broken. Hi everyone, I have a european (dutch) F320BT and when I look in the software info it says version 1.0. I've seen lots of posts now but none is clear about the following: 1) Can I update to version 2 or version 3? If so, how (without buying products or services from Pioneer) 2) I see a lot of mods says version 3 is needed, are there mods available for version 1 that I have? 3) If I were to buy the 2012 map update, does this automatically upgrade the software version? Hey guys so Ive been posting a bit now that I finally own an Appradio 2 and i just need to let everyone know that I love it. Coupled with a Smartphone this thing can do just about anything. I think pioneer has taken car radio's to a whole new level and I can guarantee you that other manufacturers are taking notes and will soon follow. Its way far from a traditional HU and this thing has tons of potential. I am a Technical Analyst for Dell so to have a HU that can do mostly everything that I need is a blessing and a must!! I am trying to update to the latest firmware version 2.003, but it won't start the update. The problem is that when I drag and drop the update folder onto the SD card I cannot get it onto the root folder. I am using a Mac and have tried 6 different SD cards, from 512 MB to 32 GB, and they all make a partition as soon as it is done formatting. This is very frustrating! Has anyone else had this problem? Any help would be very appreciated.

Dear Friends, I have just purchased an X940BT and am pulling my hair out trying to figure out how to update the maps. I want the maps of the middle east on them. There is nothing about X940BT on the Navteq site. Could someone please advise whether this is possible and if it is.. how to do it? I have downloaded the iGO and NAVTEQ maps for middle east but dont know how to put them into the unit. Regards,

Hello, I am new here. I just downloaded the 2012 Maps update torrent and I am having issues matching up with your instructions on the site. hio i was just wondering if anyone could help me with something. so i have a Pioneer AVIC-X930BT, the map system works fine on it however i dont like the fact that i cant search for places by postal code the same way i could on the Garmin GPS, what im wondering is if there is any way i can load garmin maps onto it instead of the crap p[ioneer is using. seccond question, i have done the bypass on my deck to use the deck while the vehicle is in motion. will the new 3.001 update dissable that bypass or will it still be ok? i heard there was a dissadvantage to the new update i just cant rememb

Hello, I purchased the new update for my avic f930bt now with app mode but cant get it to work. Now i'm reading that i need a HDMI or MHL cable? but the most android telephones only have a micro usb port Does someone know what i need to get it to work?

Hi Guys Pioneer released a new Firmware update a few days ago. Now i´m woundering if i should update my appradio 2. I can´t seem to find a list of what is included in the update. After replacing my back up (the one Vitormvieira offered on his topic http://avic411.com/i...4-vitormvieira/), i've been trying to update the firmware. However, when i'm facing the red screen to start the update (as attached), the system tells me i'm using incorrect software... Does anybody knows wich one i need? I've been trying the 3 different upgrades on pioneer's site (with no maps, 100 fm and 200 fm) and also the one vitormvieira told, but non of these works!

So here's a good one... I'm trying to download the firmware update on a mac...The download from pioneer gives you a .exe file, which obviously won't run on a mac. Anywhere to simply just download the zip file, or the files already uncompressed? I can't believe more people don't complain about this. I called pioneer and ordered the update, but you'd figure they'd have a mac download... Rick

ive tried to look around this site for torrents and files. i have most of the files like testmode, and the backup for my unit. when i turn it on the only option i have is to look at what version im running. both the map and theversionboth say none. can i get someone to help me with the process of getting my unit to work like it should. i can even put a cd into it right now
