Hello yesterday evening, as the AVIC-F700BT was starting and at the same time I was inserting an USB key containing music, it crashed, I just quickly saw the Windows CE desktop with an error message, then the Avic has restarded, but keep stucked on the startup image (Pioneer Navgate). Nothing more to do, I tried several time. I also tried the reset button. Then, I booted in test mode with an SD card ready for this, and I can see that the "My Flash Disk" content seems corrupted (see attached image). Hello, I have an AVIC-F700BT, installed in a Volkswagen Golf 6 since 2009. It was working correctly, but 2 days ago, after a short (5 minutes) break (with the car powered off), it doesn't want to start. It is stuck on the boot screen (with Pioneer and Navgate logos, see picture below). I tried some things : Restart after some hour without power (the car powered off in my parking) Push "reset" button for 5 seconds (without and with power) Re-install the system with the files for updates, provided on Pioneer website (first for the version 3.xxx, then for the version 4.xxx, but I don't kno

I recently purchased a 16gb Sandisk Cruzer USB drive to use as a music hard drive for my AVH-X8500BHS. When i first used it the head unit prompted me to create a database for easy searching. So i pushed the database button and I saw the little "building database" icon show up on the right side of the screen but within about 3 - 4 seconds the system would freeze and restart. I tried it several times, always the same result, it'll crash, reboot, then prompt me to create a database... After replacing my back up (the one Vitormvieira offered on his topic http://avic411.com/i...4-vitormvieira/), i've been trying to update the firmware. However, when i'm facing the red screen to start the update (as attached), the system tells me i'm using incorrect software... Does anybody knows wich one i need? I've been trying the 3 different upgrades on pioneer's site (with no maps, 100 fm and 200 fm) and also the one vitormvieira told, but non of these works!

Every since I upgraded my iPhone 4 ti iOS 5, mt Avic x910 crashes when I try to play a video from my iPhone. I read that this could happen because of the new iOS 5 on the iPhone 4 but not sure. If this is the case, is there a work around? I wanna be able to play netflix and Pandora but am unsuccessful. Also, I recently got a replacement iPod cable as well so I dont know if that could be causing the isse. If there is no work arounds (and Im praying that there is), has anyone been able to play video from the iPhone in the AV2 jack (on the front of the unit)? What kind of cable would I need a
