I already own an F10BT and 2 days ago after months of searching on eBay I bought a F500BT for my project car. I mentioned to my brother that it didn't include Post Code entry, and he said it probably just needed upgrading and would do it. It turns out he accidentally loaded the F900BT firmware onto the device, it would boot but kept saying 'System starting up please wait' To remove the firmware he entered the Service Menu and selected 'Format' so he could then install the correct firmware.
