  1. Car on or car off, when hitting a button on the touchscreen, like volume up and down, or selecting anything, I get a thud from my subwoofer, not real loud. Tried different ground points on for the headunit, I don't get alternator whine or anything. Gains on my amps are excessively low as I have way more power than i need 3000wrms for a 1200wrms sub, and 150wrmsx4 for my mids and tweets. It is a minor annoyance, I but was wondering if anyone has experienced something similar with the nex units.
  2. I have the 4000NEX in my 2012 Lexus CT200H. Very impressive unit, except for the background noise during phone calls. The 4000 microphone sensitivity seems quite high, and even when driving on "quiet" roads people on the other end of the phone say the call is quite noisy ... to the point where I have to switch to my iPhone 5s with earbuds in order to have a chat with someone. Anyone else experiencing similar issues or have advise? In trying to troubleshoot the problem, I have relocated the microphone from the windshield to below the steering wheel. I also have the mic on the lowest volume sett
  3. Hi, I have recently noticed that there is noise when i connect my iPod and it is a constant noise and does not increase or decrease when I change the volume and when I diconnect the ipod, the noise will go away! Does anyone have a similar experience? (I use KTP445U to amplify the signal a little bit.)
  4. Hi everyone. I have the Pinoneer X930BT radio and recently updated to the latest firmware v4.000 and have recently been having some noise coming from the unit (not the speakers). The noise is like the motor inside is trying to eject a disc or something (yet there is no disc in the radio). Even during the firmware update I heard this noise now and again and figured it might possibly be the tiny hard drive inside of it (if it has one). But it is now doing it all the time when I'm just driving and listening to music (no card or disc is inserted). It's very annoying and I don't want it to bur
  5. I just installed a 930bt in my 2003 Sierra. I have the microphone clipped to the sun visor. I can hear the people on the other end of the call clearly. They are complaining about too much back ground noise. What are my options? There really is not a better place to put the mic. Does the CD-MC20 Auto-EQ help at all with the mic picking up background noise?
  6. Hi I have a problem regarding my ny installation of a rearview camera which i bought on dealextreme. Its a 12v IR Camera link: http://www.dealextre...12v-500ma-15756 I have pluged in the RGB cable in the rearview imput on my F910BT and the power wires are connected to + and - on the distrubution box to the amp. When i accsess rearview on my F910BT i can see the image from the camera very good but when power cable is connected i get noise in the speakeres that is connected to the amplifyer. Is it possible to get rid of the noise by an 12v Noise Filter ex:http://www.ebay.com/...=item3
