Hello, Since two weeks I am the proud owner of a Pioneer AVIC-F88DAB. After installation everything works as advertised, except the traffic information. When using the navigation option, I do not receive any traffic information. I have to mention that I only have the DAB+ antenna connected. Does anyone know if the TMC receiver in my unit needs an FM antenna to receive traffic information data or that it is also possible through DAB+?

Hi! Is anyone successfully using the INRIX traffic app in its latest Version 5.0 with Appradio mode? Here: Appradio 2 (SPH-DA100), iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.4 (non jailbroken), INRIX 5.0 - > NOT working in Appmode Appradio 2 (SPH-DA100), iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.4 (non jailbroken), INRIX 4.5.1 and all older Versions - > perfectly working in Appmode.. I have a 3 weeks old Z-140, live in Canada and have the following problems: 1- DVD player stopped reading my discs 2- The RDS does not show any info 3- The Traffic station list is always empty. Very little traffic info available even in Toronto area 4- The worst one is that to fix the DVD, Pioneer is asking my to uninstall, box and ship the 3 weeks old $1500 unit to them at MY expense. I contacted Pioneer Canada to see if they can help I will be very disappointed if they fail to do better. This is the Top of the Line Pioneer unit afterall and such poor workmanship/quality that faile

Hey Everyone, I have been reading around the forum and I am yet to find what I am looking for. My issue is this I just finished installing a z140bh in my 04 g35 and I am having a lot of issues with radio signal strength. I do get radio and HD radio as well but the signal is horrible. As I am driving the signal goes from HD to analog every few seconds. Also I show no traffic data ever. The odd thing is the other day I was driving on the highway and my GPS told me there was traffic ahead. To my shock I decided to check the Traffic on the rout and once more it showed nothing. Hi Everyone: I used MSN Direct until Jan 2012 when they discontinued doing the service. Is there any codes out there that we can put in Avic series to alert us on traffic jams, weather etc that can replace the old MSN Direct or tuner for F90BT? I know some GPS units uses the Info that comes off the Freeway Signs that alert drivers how long it will take to get to the next major freeway etc. It would be nice to know the info if there is construction zones or traffic jam on your route so you can change routes. Any info would be great! Jimbo
