  1. I would like to connect a small form factor PC to the aux A/V input on my unit. As far as video and audio this shouldn't be a problem at all. My question is more about the touch capability itself. Would it be possible to somehow forward the touch screen output to USB so that it could be used as a HID device instead of a mouse or other pointing device?
  2. Hello Guys, I finally finished the install of the x940bt, in a 2006 Mustang. Every function works except the USB. I plugged an 8gb sandisk with mp3's in and the disk lights up like it is getting power, but the icon that is supposed to appear on the hu does not appear. I have tried 3 different drives, that I know work in other cars, one being a subaru with an avic 110bt, and they all work in all the other units. I called pioneer cust service and after doing a clear all user data, his conclusion was that it is probably a bad unit. Anybody here have any other possibilities before I go to the tro
  3. Hey everyone I just got a new 32BG USB stick for my u310bt In the middle of a song, the unit's track info display will blank out, and it will say "error-19" It won't resume playing until I remove the USB stick and re-insert it. Here's what it says in the manual: "Disconnect the USB device and do not use it, turn the ignition switch to off, then to ACC or on, and connect a compliant USB storage device" Maybe my USB stick is defective? I had no problems copying files to it from windows. And they are the same files that were on my 16GB stick I upgraded from. Any ideas? Than
  4. So, I abhor Apple and their inferior products, and thus do not own an iPod or iPhone. It also makes no sense to me to spend so much money on a head unit for good audio quality, only to degrade it notably by using the stupid analog signal iPod cable. Thus, simply getting an iPod is not an option. What I do not understand is why Pioneer does not have voice recognition with regards to music when using an SD card or thumb drive that isn't an Apple product, and why it will not display album art. Has someone written software or created a hack that gets around this ridiculous limitation? Ther
  5. Hello, I have I F700bt that has been installed in my wife's car for several years and it has been working great. She just made the jump from an iPhone 4 to a Samsung Galaxy S2 (android phone). The iPhone worked great through the pioneer cable, gave control through the unit, sounded decent, charged the phone, etc. With the Android phone, the only way I can get it to play music through the unit is via the front AUX in, setting "Input 2" to Video; which gets a black screen since I am using a basic 3.5mm to 3.5mm cable out of the headphone jack on the phone. I have tried using a USB to
