  1. What's up guys, so after over a month of trying to figure out how to actually install this Z2, I got it in, to find that some of the dam buttons don't work.... The volume button doesn't change anything. And I noticed that they feel like they stick, and sometimes pushing them they don't even make a click type of reaction a button would do. Also the button to the right of the volume worked "selectively" when it wanted to... Not every time.. It's odd. Also the button at the very end, right side, does nothing when I press it, again like I said sorry I'm very new to this double din world, and have
  2. Hoping someone here might be able to give me some advice because I am stumped. I have an Avic Z2 and I have the Pioneer GEX-P10XMT XM Receiver. Recently I have noticed that the left front speaker will drop out almost completely and it only happens when I am listening to XM. If I switch inputs to any other source the speaker works perfectly. Also Is there a remote control unit available? All sorts of other questions if anyone has the time? Thanks in anticipation. Simon
  4. New member here and first time posting. I recently bought a vehicle with a AVIC Z2 installed. This was done professionally in 2007. About a week after owning it I decided to buy and 80Gb Hardrive with the latest maps, CDDB, and Z3 update on eBay. It also included the bypass instructions. After installing the hardrive and doing the bypass everything seemed to be working fine. That was about 2 weeks ago. This past weekend I put in a DVD and got "unreadable disc". This disc played before in this unit. Then I tried several more and the same thing. CD's work fine. I noticed in the AV settings t
