  1. After replacing the battery of my F3210BT I get the message ''System starting up ... please wait'. The radio is still working but the screen is black, apart from the message that the system is starting up. After about half an hour the screen becomes completely black and the radio stops. Resetting the system by means of pushing the reset button has no effect. I contacted Pioneer who advised me to send the unit to a repair center, they didn't came up with an solution to solve the problem. Does any of you how to solve this problem? By the way, I also installed the old battery again, to see if the problem was caused by the new battery, but the problem was still the same.
  2. I have a F900BT nstalled and the iPod seems to keep charging all the time even when it is fully charged and the F900 is powered down. This unfortunately is draining my battery. I had the unit installed maybe around 4 years ago but took it out and put the factory radio back in. Though I never had this problem before. It is the same vehicle, same iPod and same F900BT. I have 4.0 firmware installed with Daftia Hybrid mods 3.6. Maybe the firmware is causing the issue? I can't see how the hybrid mods would affect the power to the iPod. Is it possible to use Test Mode and modify the usb port to completely power down when the "computer" is off? I think you can do this with devices in Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, but I am not very familiar with CE. Thanks for any help!
  3. Moved my z110 to my wife's car today, unit sat powerless for about 2 weeks. everything hooked up and upon power up the unit is requiring a password. I have tried "passwordpassword" several times with no luck. also tried putting in 16 1's, or 0's, 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 0 1 2 3 4 5 6, still no luck. I purchased the 2010 upgrade before I knew about this site and tried the password from that but that didnt work either. also, I did the 2011 upgrade via this site too. can anyone help? leaving on a trip friday afternoon, would really like this to work. Mike as a side note I would like to mention I have the following connected. XM receiver, iPod cable, BT Mic, Rear view cam, GPS, axxess aswc-1 (steering wheel control interface). only thing new is the swc interface, everything else was installed and used flawlessly on my FJ Cruiser....
  4. Hello Everyone, I recently had the battery on my car die. I gave it a jump and the battery charged and the car started. But now my Headunit won't turn/power on at all. The faceplate has power, because it's running of it's battery. Does any one know how I can turn/power it on or reset it...or did my system fry??? I've had my AVIC-U310BT installed in my 04 Cadillac Deville with On-Star for 3 years now. I had it installed by Al & Ed's who hooked everything up. I don't have too much detail on what they did expect that they grounded a wire so I could use the system while driving and they told me that a special wiring harness was installed so that the On-Star would work with the unit. Other than that my unit has been working fine. This is the first time this happens. If anyone has any idea of what it could be I would greatly appreciate it. I'd hate to have to install my factory radio or buy another unit. Thanks!!!
