  1. Hi guys, My car doesn't have a cigarette lighter port and I am having to rely on the appradio to charge my phone. The trouble is, it charges extremely slowly through the usb and if I am doing anything else with the phone such as navigating by GPS, it drains the battery even though it is charging. I am not using the android connectivity kit and I have a HTC ONE m9. Does anyone have any ideas of how I can make it either charge quicker or is the android kit better for this purpose? Rather not have to hack my car just to install a Cigarette lighter! Thanks all.
  2. I have the 140 BH and started having issues with my IPOD, that I leave connected in the glovebox 24/7. In the past it would always keep the IPOD charged and it would start playing my music off the IPOD shortly after starting the truck, which is a 2000 F350. Lately if the truck sits for a couple days the IPOD is dead when I start the truck. It takes around ten minutes for it to get enough charge in it to work through the headunit. If I turn the truck off the battery symbol changes from charging to just running off the battery about 5 to 10 sec after shutting the truck off. Can someone please ve
  3. I have an AVIC-Z1 that I have been using the iPOD control cable to control my legacy iPOD on for years. It worked fine. I upgraded to an iPOD touch and now I get a message up on my iPOD Screen that says that this device will not support charging. It plays my iPOD touch just fine but will not charge it. The down side is that I have to take my iPOD Touch outside of my truck an charge it that way. Any recommendations on cables that will work to support charging my iPOD Touch on my AVIC-Z1?
