Ok guys so im having the same problem with my Avic F900BT where it continously restarts. I read many posts about downloading test files and then uploading them into a sd card to the unit but the links to Megaupload are broken to the fact that the site has been shut down by the United States Govt. My question is does anyone have the latest test mode files they can send me or direct me to a thread where the problem can be fixed? Im getting pretty annoyed that I cant enjoy my unit without shutting off on me. also is test mode and service mode the same thing? I have been hearing both and a

Hello to all, I know that my Avic F900BT is not the latest model on the market but I hope that some of you can still help me to solve this damn problem. Suddenly it stopped working with the display stucked on the startup screen, in my case the Mercedes-Benz logo. The CD player still worked but without the ability to move between tracks. Hi! Recently my F900bt bricked and I was'nt able to fix it until I''d found this site. I was able to get it back with the latest firmware version but without maps. So I tried to put EU maps in the content folder but it Got stuck and so I tried to delte Apl folders from the original archive. I don't know if I've done something wrong but now my bt. do not and still no maps. Can anyone help me in this forum because I have spend days reading to many topics and solutions. Pioneer won't tell me what to do but just says I can send it to their shop and they Will have a look at my unit. Plz. help if so

I was reluctant to create this post, but I'm having no luck finding these files/link. My issue is that I have the F900BT that keeps rebooting over a cetain speed. Basically my unit is useless I have seen a lot of post on how to fix, but all links don't work. Is there anyone out there that can point me in the right direction? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I also have outdated maps so if there is a solution for that too, it would really help a lot. Thanks

my avic f900bt went dead and showed me a black screen on which i couldnt do anything. i have tried so many posts, followed them but nothing seems to work. my system is now on v.3 but system startup n process' doesn't go and then after like 5mins it reboots. please help me i dont know what to do its making me insane and wasting so much of my time. please help me -
Hey guys, I bought a F700bt a few weeks ago. It has been a great deck. I just bought a used F900bt for another vehicle I have and i'm having issues with it. The subs worked fine with my F700bt. No when I hook the 900 into my truck the subs start pounding the minute I put power to the head unit. I have both decks working fine just having issues with the subs going off for no reason on the 900. What could be my issue? I'm guessing it is more of a hardware then a software issue. I have turned the sub function off on the 900 and it still keeps pounding. Any suggestions?
