  1. Ok, So early this evening, Pioneer Electronics announced the long anticipated update was here! Ready for download, instructions and all. Allowing full use of the iPhone 5, with this update and a 120 dollar cable. Luckily, I have the iPhone 4S, right? No. I completed the two stage update, looking forward to hopefully some bug fixes. I plug my phone is and, nothing. the phone made its chime to say it was loading. But no beep or reaction from the AppRadio. So I unplug it, and try the bluetooth. After a few unsuccessful tries, it finally worked. So I have one connection. But as i
  2. Somebody, please, with a backup of a 8.12 / 8.14 eu appradio 2 firmware; i upgraded my new appradio2 to 8.30 and its unusable; tried to downgraded to 8.17 and its only working the bluetooth, no radio and no app at all ...so, PLEASE HELP!!! thanks, martinez
  3. I've just bought the SPH-DA100 and have an ipod touch and an iphone 5. Is it possible to have the ipod touch connected to the Appradio for music and apps (including sat nav) and use the bluetooth capability of the SPH-DA100 to connect my phone when ever I enter the car. The ipod would more or less be mothing more than a storage device for the Appradio.
  4. I installed my new appradio 2 this weekend and connected it to my iPod 4th gen with iOS6. I put the GPS antenna on the dash and in the middle close to the windshield. The navigation is so slow, it refreshes the location every 3 seconds or so and sometime it jumps to some random locations (not too far but no accurate at all though). Checked the location services and everytime was on. Checked the GPS signal in the unit and it is receiving 9 satellite signals (the orange satellites are 9 and no yellow)…. Does anyone have the same experience with this unit in terms of GPS with iPod?
  5. Hello everyone, I picked up an Appradio 2 for my car on the weekend but they didn't have the Android connectivity kit in stock so I haven't been able to try the connection yet. I am wondering if anyone out there has tried to connect a phone that has Android 4.0 ICS on it and if they are successful or not. If you have tried it what model of phone was it? I have a Galaxy S2 with ICS and am really hoping it works because so far the iPhone hasn't worked very well for me since it doesn't really do multi tasking properly.

  7. I've noticed that if I use the google maps "built in maps", and click on directions from current location. If I later decide to update the map and tell it to use my current location it uses my original current location not my actual current location. The only way I can get it to use the new location is by exiting "AppRadio", quitting the app and unplugging my iPhone. Once I plug everything back in it will allow me to pick my current location again. But if I need to update my current location I need to repeat the above steps. Is anyone else having this problem?
