Playing video with VGA adapter on my unit doesn't seem to be working. I have tried everything. I am able to get the useless AppRadio feature to work but then I press on Youtube/Netflix and/or any video on my phone it displays for a split second then it asks me to open the horrific AppRadio app. Any insights? I am going crazy with this. $150 in cable and I am only able to view the horrific AppRadio app? I have read of people using this adapter with other radios haven't had a problem. Maybe I have to reset the system or something? Any insights?

Hello everyone. I currently own an AVIC 5000NEX. I got the correct RGB (VGA) adapter for the AppRadio mode. I am able to get the supported apps running but I get no video out of my iphone 5. I have read of people watching Netflix and/or watching videos on their headunits but mine starts to play audio from the video and the iPhone 5 says that the video is being sent to the TV but I get no image. What happens is that it shows an image of my video for a split second then turns to the AppRadio on the headunit and keeps playing audio. Any insights?

Z130 upgraded to Z140 will not play streaming YouTube help! ok folks I've been a very very very long time lurker for starters. this forum has helped me so much over the 10 years i've been using pioneer HU's. so Thanks! Heres the facts, - My Z130 is upgraded to the Z140 software and maps - I have a genuine ipod cable (thanks to you folks for the info) - Im using an iPhone 4s updated to iOS 6.1 - My Z130 is correctly bypassed - videos loaded on my iphone play perfectly - pandora, aha radio, app radio, etc...all work perfectly - youtube videos work only when played through shaz

I bypassed my parking brake on my X930BT I was wondering if it is possible to watch youtube videos on the screen when connected to my iPhone? do I need to change settings? is it at all possible?

I've tried to use youtube and other apps that support video out (WatchESPN, NBA Game Time) after reading that it works on the unit, but it doesn't seem to work for me. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I've tried opening the apps and then pressing the iPod button on the radio, but it just displays the name of the app (in the cases of watch espn and game time) or stops the video (youtube). I've also tried pressing the apps button but that doesn't work either. Also, I have tried to use Display Out from cydia to mirror the iphone on the screen. When I press ipod on the radio, the screen

Hey Everyone, Is there a way to watch youtube videos from my iphone on my x920bt unit? I have the cable hooked up and can play videos and listen to music off my phone. But my unit has been very inconsistent on which youtube videos it will play. I have only got it to play a couple. It will play the sound from the video, but will not show the video. Any ideas? Thanks Charles
