LILJOHN Posted April 24, 2006 Report Share Posted April 24, 2006 WHen i shut the power off to my N3 it sounds like there is a motor constantly running. Is this ooperation normal. The motor shuts off after I shut the igniton off..It also sounds like a fan running in the unit. It was Pro installed..I also posted this message under general Sorry for the redundancy. audiojon Posted May 8, 2006 Report Share Posted May 8, 2006 The unit is designed to stay on even when there is no source powered on. If you have amplifiers installed, they will remain on as well, to provide power for the voice guidance feature of the navi section.
