Rhett Posted August 9, 2006 Report Share Posted August 9, 2006 Got my rig up and running w/bypass , but cannot find anyplace to do the Pink Wire speed sense circuit .... Is this unique to Deisels ? My 03 RAM 1500 gas had one for my N1 . Also my N1 had Brightness / Dimming controls . Am I missing something on the Z1 ? I have my unit set to go "night setting" with lights on during the day , but unit goes real dim . I haven't done the fine tune reading of the manuals , but can someone set me straight here ? brachoza Posted August 10, 2006 Report Share Posted August 10, 2006 the vss wire is located at the antilock brake controller left rear of engine compartment. its pin12 dark green/yellow (in between the dark green/orange and black/dark green wires) of a 14 pin connector. and the z1 doenst have the auto dim like the n series.
