I contacted the seller and he said he's trying to clear inventory for the new Z3s he has in stock. He said the Z2s are brand new, never opened in orginal packaging. Also, you have to look at the fact that the seller is in L.A. The car electronics market is VERY competitive there and he probably IS trying to clear stock to make way for new technology. Yeah thats what I thought. My co-worker decided to try it anyway. They've alerted their credit card carrier just incase it turns out to be fraudulent. When the guy sent the invoice it was through Google Checkout and I heard that Google had a pretty thourough registration process before merchants can use their service.
