Joshua_Beitler Posted June 10, 2008 Report Share Posted June 10, 2008 Yes I have. I bought a refurbished Z1 on Ebay and I did buy the squaretrade warranty on it too. A year after I had it, the remote input no longer worked, and amp turn on lead only put out 5 volts, and the left front and rear speakers kept going out. So I contacted Squaretrade and said what do I do? They said send it to any repair facility, pay for it, send us the bill and we'll Reimburse you for the charges. I sent it out to UNITED RADIO in New York and they found the problem, fixed it, cleaned it up, sent it back. I submited the bill and they re imbursed me! It worked out great!
