money-pit! Posted July 11, 2008 Report Share Posted July 11, 2008 New guy here. I'm looking to update my maps and realized that Pioneer wants $150 for a map upgrade. I looked through some of the threads here and many people have used MioMaps. Is this equivalent to a map upgrade? Is it relatively safe to run on? Would the update be permanent? Thanks in advance!
