Though when riding with friends they clearly think I am a moron for talking to my stereo, and they routinely screw it up by adding curse words to the end of every artist or album request I make. shipwreck2 Posted July 29, 2008 Report Share Posted July 29, 2008 For those of you who are having trouble getting voice recognition or bluetooth to work well after installing the update, I have a simple suggestion. I too had the same problem. Originally, voice recognition worked well for me, but all the sudden I couldn't get it to recognize anything. After the update I still had the same problem. I took the unit back to the installer and we discovered that the blue tooth mic was slightly dislodged from the back of the unit. With all the cords back there, something must have moved and pulled it out slightly. After making sure it was securely plugged in it has worked perfect for voice recognition and my bluetooth works great now as well! Quote Link to post Share on other sites
