Who to call at Avic or Pioneer

Does anyone have the Phone # or who to contact at either Pioneer or Avic. This is getting ridiculous. My Blackberry worked fine vefore the update, now, not so good, it connects disconnects, and after deleting, repairing, etc, same problem, really frustrated but want to keep the device.

AVIC isn't a company or place. It's the designation Pioneer uses for it's navigation units. Pioneer's phone number is somewhere on their website... probably at a "support" or "contact us" link.

I have the same problem with my 8830. This is on my list of things that the update made worse. My fix for it is to take the F90 back and get the DNX8120, mine will be in next week.

Thank I appreciate the help, unfortunately I guess maybe since the unit was an upgrade to the new software I am going to call my vendor and get a replacement sent out to me once they are shipped out from Pioneer. I want try to make it work, I really like this unit and don't want to hear the wife's I told you so.
