bwolfe
My unit keeps resetting after each mod I try. I have the Vorian Data on the system now, but if I make any changes to the data file, my unit will take quite a bit longer to boot and will keep resetting after 3 or 4 minutes. The iPod, XM, Sirius, CD and all the Audio links work fine during this time, but the Navigation system just hangs. I keep reverting back to the Vorian Data and then it works fine. Any suggestions? HiFiSi
What kinds of changes are you talking about? Maybe you are doing something wrong but don't know it?
skicrave
It most likely has to do with the how the zip file is being compressed. What OS are you working on, and how are you preparing the zip file?
bwolfe
I have gone to the simple ones for modification, I inserted BorisM's POI Address finder which is 3 files. I am using WinRAR and archiving to ZIP. I run Windows Vista.
BorisM
WinRAR on Vista shouild be fine. That's what I use. If you're still having problem check the new scripts.zip in the Progress Report thread...

Than it would obviously be up to whatever you had put in your SYS.TXT that crashes it... If you post it here we could take a look...
