hjbondar Posted October 5, 2008 Report Share Posted October 5, 2008 Does anyone else have this issue. My bluetooth works fine for phone calls but will not broadcast viusal voice mail messages. I called the Apple Genius and they told me it was a Pioneer issue. BTW - I did not have this problem with the Samsung Blackjack I just replaced. I would appreciate hearing if anyone else is having this prolem and, more importantly, if it can be solved. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
VBLUE42 Posted October 5, 2008 Report Share Posted October 5, 2008 This is a problem with all nav units dealing with visual voicemail and the iphone. Didn't work with my DNX8120 or my D3 or F90BT. This technology is still somewhat new and probably wont be supported by bluetooth devices like this until the next release of various nav units. It does work however with my bluetooth ear piece so it is not an issue with the phone. There will most likely be no fix for any currently available nav units. The workaround for now is to call your voicemail by holding down the 1 key. Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Oh well, I didn't even know it was a feature when I bought the unit so I can't really complain about something I didn't know I was getting, anyway. Still, it would be nice.
