Jusco
Hi everybody, I am a first time poster with no AVIC-F900BT yet, but close to buying one with my upcoming Mazda 2. I live in Germany and we get the option to have the AVIC-F900BT factory installed by Mazda. I have a first Gen (non-3G) iPhone and was wondering *how* compatible that might be with the AVIC-F900BT. I know for the 3G iPhone, video and BT works but how about the 1G? Thanks for your help! Ben

JasonH
No issues with my first gen iPhone! Just make sure to remove all symbols from your contacts.
gaucho
so it is true now that the contacts can be listed properly with first name, then last name?? What about caller ID recogonition for incoming calls? What is the trick to make the AVIC recognize the incoming calls. I know to remove all symbols....but does this mean to remove the "1"prefix, and what about the "( )" symbols?
