Sorry to beat the horse but this cord---- Allows you to watch IPod Video (with or without the bypass) Allows you to listen to IPod Music (regardless of the bypass) Doesn't allow charging (whats the solution for this) If this is the case it's worth 50 bucks because no one else has it. I could care less about the IPod interface on my D2. Only thing is that I have a IPod 30gb Video. I'm not sure the cable will work. Quote Link to post Share on other sites

I am never going to watch iPod video while driving and I like the interface for the iPod to be on the radio instead of me having to look at the iPod to control it. I will say this though if I had an avic-d2 I would prefer to control it from the iPod as the interface on screen sucks. Luckily I have an AVH-P5700DVD so all is well.
