mike12634
Is there any way to transfer the bluetooth call back to the cell phone only (take off handsfree). I know most systems have this feature with a push of a button but I do not see it on the F700. I see you can do it by turning bluetooth off in the phone settings of the unit but I'm talking mid call if you want to transfer back to the cell phone. Thanks for the help. MR. WOMO
This happened to me just the other day. I was talking to my brother on my iPhone 3G (through my bluetooth connection on the F90) while driving, and once I returned home I just pulled out my iPhone and waited - it took maybe 5-10 seconds , but after turning off the car, the call was once again on the phone itself. I didn't know if this particular scenario is what you are asking about, or if you can do it WHILE driving, but turning off the car returned my call to the phone itself. I don't know if it is possible to do while the unit is still on. Give it a try and see it that is your experience. Cheers, Kev
mike12634
Thank you for the reply. I was asking about switching back to the phone while driving. If you don't want everyone in the car to hear the conversation. I don't have a problem when leaving the car. Mike
EezyAl
The AVIC is just functioning as a hands-free unit on your cellphone. I know on my phone (running windows mobile), I can just turn on the display, click the menu button in the call status window, and choose 'turn off hands-free'... I'd imagine most phones should have a similar option... I don't know if you can transfer it BACK to the headunit by just choosing 'turn on hands-free', as I just installed my AVIC last night, but maybe I'll test that tonight... gouda272
On the iphone you just need to hit the Audio Source button on the phone screen and select "iphone". Works perfectly for me everytime.
