tree85
Nope. The new iPod Nano, iPod Touch and iPhones use USB now where the old ones used Firewire to charge. You will need to add a converter for about $30. I just ordered this one: http://www.griffintechnology.com/produc ... -converter. Good luck
AWILLIAMS64
i have a newer chromatic, i have no idea what generation it is but it is not listed under that piece of being compatable
taylorwilsdon
i have a newer chromatic, i have no idea what generation it is but it is not listed under that piece of being compatable To be pedantic, there is no such thing as the "nano chromatic." That's apple's cute little marketing slogan for the new color spectrum of iPod Nanos. So, you have an iPod Nano. And no, it won't charge - its the newest model and uses the USB charging circuit rather than the older firewire one. You can buy a converter for about $15, or the Griffin model for $30. I can'[t figure out how to get the Bose sound dock add on, but it works.
