yhov7 Posted March 29, 2009 Report Share Posted March 29, 2009 Just bought a Z1 from a guy on craigslist. Hooked it up in my BMW X5 and I am not getting any action. No lights, nothing. It won't turn on! I have everything installed. I checked the pinouts of the new aftermarket harness and everything is the same. I don't have the antenna adapter yet tho...could this be my problem? garrettoomey Posted March 29, 2009 Report Share Posted March 29, 2009 The unit will power up if you provide 12V+ to the red and yellow leads, and 12v- to the black lead. You may check any inline fuses and verify the connections for the red/yellow/black wires. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
