Are you able to change your route while driving?

If you aren't, then you need to bypass your unit.

Go here, follow the instructions in the picture. That should solve the problem.

If the unit is already bypassed, then I'm not sure why only the Browse button isn't working. Do you have the correct nav disc in?

Actually sf21, as I posted here:

it's not limited to the Pioneer head units. I have the XM Inno walkman, and the sports ticker does not work on that either. Something is wrong on XM's end, even though the OP said XM told him to call Pioneer!

Its definitely not a bypass issue. Wish XMs tech support was at least a little helpful or hinted that they might look into the problem. Don't see how it could be a hardware problem w/ Pioneer since it used to work for us and still does work for some people.
So, Im new here. Its pretty certain that this isnt a bypass issue? My system is bypassed and it was functioning fine until a few weeks ago. Neither Pioneer nor XM is any help resolving this.
I really really enjoyed this feature and miss it a lot.....
Same here, I have NavTraffic activated, and stock quotes work fine. Sport scores have stopped, Browse and Favorites buttons greyed out as well. As I said, my XM walkman, the Inno, no longer scrolls sports scores either on the built in ticker, only stock quotes, so it definitely is something on XM's end.
