Unit for Porsche Boxster - some questions.

Hi - just signed up here, as there seems a host of knowledge.

 

As the title suggests, I need a head unit for an 06 Boxster. To upgrade to the Porsche PCM system would cost a small fortune, and it isn't that great in any case.

 

My priorities are:

- iPod integration

- nav system

- 'factory fitted' appearance (so custom background/splash screens, and lighting colour important)

Things like BT/phone integration are less important, but nice.

 

I am in the UK, though originally from Canada, so I can buy from North America which often saves a heap. I noted some Pioneer systems are not nav devices, but seem to be able to be upgraded (is that correct?). Does that mean that if I buy a unit in US, I can add the Nav bit when in the UK? Are the FM tuning differences easily dealt with?
