Mdew06
will the new x and z series coming out, be the same bypass as the f series? as far as moving the pin in the RCA harness, and also will the harness' be the same, so if i have an F900bt, will the X910bt be plug and play? CaptainInsaneO
The harness differs between the old generations and the new units. I imagine someone will figure out a new way to bypass the unit soon after it is released.
Mdew06
when someone does find out the bypass, please post it, i want to be as educated as possible when these come out, because our shop carries Pioneer. Thanks
spolkyc
It cracks me up when people ask about bypasses before the units are available. It is like going to the Detroit Auto Show and asking about modifying the car on display.
CaptainInsaneO
I admire it. Anything electronic is fun to modify, especially since no company ever comes out with something that is perfect the way it is upon release.
gshadow325
bypass done today, delivered the car already. this what was done to a 09 tundra avic-x910bt no speed pulse connection grounded parking brake pins swapped just like the avic-f900bt works like a charm. tested with a 10 mile loop with speeds up to 60ish mph
