Alexei Navalny
Ron S. Newbie here, can you explain or throw me a link on how to apply a patch offset. I have upgraded to 5.0. Are you asking how to patch the file, or how to install it in the HU (using testmode)? Either way, I can't give you keypress by kepress instructions from memory. You need a hex editor on your PC - I use free HxD. It is pretty easy. You can use the file NAVI.exe from the SD you used to do the install. I recommend copying it to the PC, modifying it, then copy the modified file to a different SD along with testmode.key - don't loose the original just in case. Insert the SD in the HU, it should boot into TestMode Go to File Maintenance Navigate to /USER If PRG.FLG exists, go to PRG1 folder, otherwise go to PRG0 Delete NAVI.exe Navigate to your SD and select NAVI.exe them select COPY Go back to where you deleted (/USER/PRG0 or PRG1) and paste the file. Remove the SD and reboot.

mds2004
Can someone post the modified Navi.exe for a 110 modified with the 5.1 Application version? Thanks
mds2004
I cannot see BE9A4, but only BE9A0. I have a Z110bt upgraded to 5.1. Should I upgrade this line instead? Thanks

Thanks Sounds like you don't understand how a dump works. The line you highlighted starts at 0xBE9A0 and shows 16 (0x10) bytes. The next line starts at 0xBE9B0. So the patched bytes would start in the 5th column : BE9A0, BE9A1, BE9A2, BE9A3, BE9A4......

AvYogi
Has anyone explored how to disable this with the NEX units (8100, 7100, etc)?
