pascal Posted July 26, 2007 Report Share Posted July 26, 2007 A pna6000 has a different hardware (experienced it myself) that's why it isn't work with Navigon 6 image exept the splashscreen...Check this out: http://www.bktv.se/~a1628d/avics1/ Download both winceimg files, put on an sd-card root and call it by the servicemenu 0=WINCE Upgrade--->2=WINCE by SD/MMC on avic s1, reset the machine and install original files from the original cd. MosFetMan Posted January 3, 2008 Report Share Posted January 3, 2008 Thanks for that image. It brought my AVIC-S1 back to life after I erased the flash. This image does not have the GPS or BT apps. Do I need to find an original CD/DVD to restore these apps? Any help is appreciated. I was able to get Mio working but it's quirky. So, I would like to get the original apps working again while I experiment with others. Any help in getting the apps back is appreciated Any reason that the Magellan 300 GPS app won't work? don_quijote Posted April 9, 2008 Report Share Posted April 9, 2008 hello to everybody. i'm new around, and i'm starting with a request. one of my friends ruined his avic s2 from the service menu (he wanted to unlock the win ce, read something on some forum, and did it wrong). he asked me to help him and i only managed to find the avic s1 rom. i've wrote it to device, but, as expected, it doesn't functions well. it starts, but the screen is totaly decalibrated and i cannot use it. can someone of you (maybe cmonex) help me with a avic s2 rom (winceimg.bin)? i have the original dvd to restore apps, i only need the firmware. thanks alot!
