I'm not using one, but you can. You'll need the Pioneer GEX-P20HD HD Radio Tuner; it's $100 most everywhere online. If you have the proficiency to install the U310BT, you will be able to install the HD Tuner without a problem. Do be sure to check that the stations in your area you want to listen to have an HD broadcast before purchasing, though. Most do, but some don't yet, particularly independent stations or those in rural areas.
